PICK OF LITTER REQUIREMENTS

   Pick of litter is a $400 deposit that secures your spot! The deposit goes towards total cost of puppy! We set the puppies prices when they are 5 weeks of age. Price depends on health, weight, eye color, fur color, and mask/markings! Our puppy prices range from $1500 - $2500.

   At 5 weeks of age is when you would be able to see individual pics of each pup before they go up on market and that is when you will make your decision! At 5 weeks old when we reach out to you is when we would need an answer as to what puppy you want to make your new family member!

   If by chance our female doesn’t have a litter or you do not find a puppy you like when it’s time to choose then we refund the $400 deposit.

 

   The $400 becomes nonrefundable if a decision is not made the day the pups turn 5 weeks old or if you back out of the purchase after you’ve picked a puppy. The day the pups turn 5 weeks old we will contact you, we can FaceTime and/or send pictures of each puppy! (You’ll also see earlier group pics of pups on our Instagram). If there is a change of mind after the 5 week deadline and you are wanting to change your first pick puppy to another puppy in the litter the $400 does not transfer; to secure the change of mind and choose a different puppy an additional $400 is to be deposited to secure the new pick to take home! Secure deposits go towards total cost of puppy and the remaining cost is due at pick up of puppy.

   All we ask is if you are on our list to make a decision in a timely manner just so if there are people who have paid for spots that fall after you they can have their pick as well! I stay in communication with everyone on our lists and usually everyone already has a good idea what pup they have their eye on before 5 weeks if they follow our instagram! ☺️
